The Viewer tab of the Personal Preferences lets you specify a viewer to use for viewing or routing faxes.

Viewer—Selects the method that FaxPress Plus used to preview a fax. The following choices are available: 

Use Castelle's viewer - Faxes are previewed using the built-in Castelle FaxPress viewer.

Use windows default viewer - Faxes are previewed using the default viewer used by the Windows operating system. See you Windows help system for more information on selecting a default Windows operating environment viewer.

Use this viewer - Select this option then press Browse to select a third-party viewer application.

Some third-party viewing applications may not work properly with FaxPress Plus.

File Format for Third Party Viewer applications - Faxes can be viewed in DCX, TIFF and PDF file format. Select the radio button of the preferred file format for viewing and previewing faxes.
